Leather for anything that must not be marked, Woodworking for board work, Pipe-Fit™ for anything that wants to roll. All three are reversible, so you are really getting six working surfaces — and they change over in seconds using the IQ Vise's four jaw locking pins.

- Leather won't leave a mark — genuine leather on one face holds hardwood, sterling silver, brass and fine furniture firmly without an indentation to sand out afterwards. Flip it for a rigid grooved nylon face — five vertical and two horizontal grooves, up to 75mm diameter.
- Woodworking jaws are simply bigger — 12mm taller and 45mm wider than standard, and that extra gripping surface is what keeps a board steady while you sand, plane, cut or drill. Textured rubber one side, compression foam the other for spindles and turned legs.
- Pipe-Fit™ stops round stock dead — serrated steel inserts bite into cast-iron and PVC pipe while you cut, deburr, tighten, glue or solder. Reverse to V-shaped over-moulded rubber for copper tubing, bicycle frames, line-trimmer shafts and chainsaw handles.
- Seconds to change — four jaw locking pins, no tools, no fuss. Pick the right face for the material instead of compromising.
