Refund policy

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You may make a “Refund / Exchange Request” to Amarra DIY Hub for a return or exchange of a Product if you:

1. change your mind within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product, subject to the Product being unused, uninstalled and in its saleable condition, being in its original packaging, unopened and with all attachments; or
2. receive a defective Product. 
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, a Product will not be considered defective under Clause 7.1(b) if the Product is of an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow any Instructions of use, using it in an abnormal manner, incorrect installation and/or failure to take reasonable care. 
•  To initiate our return and refund process, please contact our customer service team at enquire@amarradiyhub.au. You must provide your order or receipt number, the reason for your return and any other relevant information. 
• Should Amarra DIY Hub, in its sole discretion approve or reject a Refund / Exchange Request, you will receive a notification of the outcome via email. 
• If the Refund / Exchange Request is accepted, Amarra DIY Hub will notify you and either exchange the Product or return the (full or partial) Product Price paid by you via the original payment method used in Check Out, subject (if applicable) to the return of the Product in its original condition at your expense. 
• If the Product is not returned in the condition set out in Clause 7.1(a) and/or you otherwise have no remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, Amarra DIY Hub will either dispose of the Product or return the Product to you at your expense. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs relating to the return of a Product unless the Product is defective or incorrect. We recommend that you send Products via tracked shipping to ensure its safe return. 
• For any defective or incorrect Products, please contact our team at Amarra DIY Hub immediately. Amarra DIY Hub shall arrange return shipping and offer you either a replacement or refund. 
• Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned items are received and approved by us.
