The Work IQ Vise System is backed by a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

If a product or component is found to be defective during the warranty period, Amarra DIY Hub will repair or replace the item following inspection.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Rust, stains or corrosion
  
• Accidental or deliberate misuse
  
• Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
  
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended application

The steel jaws (without any job specific jaws) open to approximately 100mm. This gap is reduced slightly when using job-specific to approximately 80mm depending on jaw type.

Different jaws are designed for different tasks:

• Flex-Fit jaws (inc with the Vice)- are the most versatile and suits most jobs
  
• Sure-Fit jaws - grip irregular or awkward shapes
  
• Pipe-Fit jaws - hold round materials like pipes or frames
  
• Leather jaws - protect soft or finished surfaces
• Woodworking jaws - are wider than the other jaws for longer pieces of woodwork

Yes - jaws can be quickly swapped out to suit the job you’re working on.

IQ Connect is an accessory system that allows you to attach hands-free tools like a work light, magnifier, or phone holder directly to your vice or independently to the vice.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
