Questions
How does it work?
Pick a door to see a free gift. Shop to $200 or more and pick your free gift in your cart: a Shadazzle Lemon or a red Gator MIDI 2.5" Closed Hook. Spend $300 and get both.
Can I get both gifts?
Yes. Spend $300 or more and add both gifts from your cart.
Can I choose my gift?
Yes. The doors are just for fun. You can choose either gift in your cart.
Do I need a code or to sign up?
No. Your gift unlocks in your cart automatically at $200. Signing up is optional and gets new customers 10% off their first order.
Does the gift count toward the $200?
No. The $200 (or $300) is what you spend on everything else, excluding the gift and shipping.
When does it end?
11:59pm AEDT, Saturday 31 October 2026. After that the doors are locked.
Can I use my 10% welcome code too?
Yes. The welcome code DIY10 works alongside the Halloween gift: 10% comes off the whole order, and your gift is still free once your items reach $200 ($300 for both). Other discount codes can't be used with the gift.
I signed up but didn't get my 10% code.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you were already on our list, you won't get a new code. Still stuck? Email us at hello@amarradiyhub.au and we'll sort it.
When will my order ship?
As usual. Your gift is packed in the same box as your order.
What if I return my order?
Our usual 14-day returns apply. If a return takes your order below $200 (or $300 for both gifts), the gift goes back too, or we take its value off your refund.
Terms & Conditions
- The promotion runs from 7:00am to 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday 31 October 2026. It's open to customers shipping to Australian addresses at amarradiyhub.au.
- Spend $200 or more in a single order to get one free gift of your choice: a Shadazzle Natural Cleaner – Lemon (RRP $29.95) or a Gator Magnetics MIDI 2.5" Closed Hook – Red (RRP $27.95). Spend $300 or more to get both.
- The minimum spend is the value of the items in your cart before any order-wide discount (such as DIY10), excluding the gifts, shipping and gift cards.
- Gifts are added from the cart once the minimum spend is reached. No code or sign-up is needed. The doors on the Halloween page are for fun and don't limit which gift you can choose.
- Can be used with DIY10. Not available with other discount codes.
- One gift offer per order. Gifts can't be exchanged, swapped for another colour or scent, or redeemed for cash.
- Gifts are available while stocks last. If a gift sells out, we'll offer a gift of equal or greater value.
- Returns follow our standard 14-day returns policy. If a return or refund takes the order below the minimum spend, the gift must be returned or its RRP deducted from the refund.
- Orders placed after 11:59pm AEDT on 31 October 2026 aren't eligible, even if items were added to the cart earlier.
- Signing up is optional. By subscribing you agree to receive marketing emails from Amarra DIY Hub. You can unsubscribe at any time. The 10% welcome offer is for new subscribers only.
- We may cancel orders where we reasonably believe the promotion has been misused, for example multiple accounts or orders split to claim extra gifts.
- These terms are in addition to our standard Terms of Service and don't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
